Cid for sure. He's just one of those gruff old timers that just has that bitter attitude about failed dreams down SO perfectly. I also love his love/ hate relationship with Shera, because it just feels real. Later in the game, he really develops into a leader figure, and has some hilarious moments of his own. Plus his limits are pretty badass.

Don Corneo was another one of my favorites. He was just some low level pimp, but the interactions with him were absolutely hilarious.
